Most people eat unhealthily, these days, (especially those who cannot say no to food), even those who are calorie counters because they do not always eat the correct foods anyway. The type of person who will always eat the leftovers of someone’s meal and finish the pie that’s been sitting around for a week. They spot the sugary treat, the heart starts pounding, its snatched up and wolfed down. And, what’s more is that today, the health supplements you take contain everything that is good and essential for you without any of the stuff that isn’t. The things you don’t want are cholesterol, sugar, saturated fat and salt, we all get enough of these things as it is. I would suggest you have a look on the internet to see what health supplements are on offer, try them for a while and just see how good you feel.
