A New Mattress

I have long struggled with lower back problems even as far back as my High School years. I could remember coming home after a long day with throbbing lower back pain and feeling like I was in dyer need of some chiropractic attention. Every so often I would go and see a chiropractor and the pain would go away, but only temporarily. After a few years I saved up just enough money to buy myself an Adjustable Bed. I saw an advertisement on T.V. one night about them and they just looked too good to be true. However, the bed that I had purchased seemed to loose its effect on me after so long.

I had moved residences quite a few times in a short time frame and on one specific occasion in particular, my bed flew out of the back of my pick-up truck while driving down the freeway. It appeared that one of the bungee cords that was holding it in place had snapped, then enabling it to fly freely out of the back end of the truck. The bed was run over by a Semi and therefore it was now unusable. It was unfortunate that this had occurred because I had little money at the time to purchase a new one. So I ended using an old mattress that my folks had lent me and I must say that that wasn’t the comfiest mattress I had ever slept on. I ended up using it for a few months until I had enough money for a really high quality top-notch mattress. One day a friend of mine recommended a site for me to check out online referring to mattresses and he said that I should go with the Tempurpedic because that is what he has been using for a couple years now, and he loves it. I have seen the commercial for them many times and deep down have always wondered what it would be like to own one.

So, I hopped on line and gave it a go. On this particular site I found an abundance of bed options to choose from, ranging from Adjustable Beds all the way down to a Memory Foam Mattresses. I did some research on the Memory Foam Mattress and it seems like this is what I have been missing out on for a very long time. Then it came back to my remembrance that a relative of mine who owns one told me that he wouldn’t want to sleep on any thing else.

So I went with my instinct on this one and made the purchase. I have had this new foam mattress for a little over a year now and can honestly say that I have not had any back pain issues whatsoever. I couldn’t be any more pleased with my purchase. I know it was a great investment for me, and it definitely is for anyone who has back problems.
