It’s your private, personal space where nobody can intrude. You are in control and that is the best part of it. You would have also learned something about yourself in the process. That you are moving around with more ease. That you are not feeling so fatigued at the end of the day. That you are not plagued as often by colds and fever as you used to be. That you seem to be feeling more optimistic than you ever were earlier.

Before you launched into your aerobic workouts, if you had looked into the mirror, you would have spotted those unseemly bulges. Now, you will begin to see the interesting contours that your body actually possesses.

Where it burgeoned, it now has streamlined and even dips and curves at certain places.

Finally, your eyes may stop and linger on your stomach. It protrudes less than it used to. But it may not be as flat as you would like it to be. Ah! At last, we have reached.
