In present society lots of people live with comfort & desire for a wealthy & healthy life. They try various ways to enhance the state of mind & live a healthy as well as successful(Physical Health and Education) life. One such way is Tai Chi; it is a very old Chinese exercise treatment. It is also recognized as “Tai Chi Chuan”, which means “the superlative unique force.” Later on it extends from China to other countries & achieves worldwide popularity.

It consists of meditation & yoga. Before starting Tai Chi classes, a number of simple movements should be learned. In various ways it is same to that of martial arts. The movements are very soft, simple & slow, with some easy transitions.

Though Tai Chi is mainly used for achieving a tranquil & calm mind, it also consists of few martial arts application. If two people exercise with each other, it is termed as “Push-hands”. A person who starts Tai Chi get easily familiarize with the martial arts, which enhances the capacity to channel potentially huge amount of body energy to a punch or a kick. A cool & calm mind can be obtained by Tai Chi.
